Mounting Method

To connect LCD to the drive circuit, following connectors are available.

RUBBER CONNECTOR

Structure: Alternate Lamination of conductive rubber

Connecting Method: Mechanical compression

Pitch: Min 0.4mm

Features:

·Easy to Assemble

·Long life service. Adopted for many year

·Wide range of application even to narrow pads.

·PCB needs gold plating or graphite coating

PIN CONNECTOR

Structure: Metal pins fit onto the panel terminal

Connecting Method: Soldering.

Pitch: 1.8mm, 2.0mm, 2.54mm

Features:

·Suitable for small production runs

FLEXIBLE CONNECTOR

Structure: Film with electro conductive thin film or printed graphite

Connecting Method: Heat and pressure fitting, Soldering or mechanical compression.

Pitch (Anisotropic Type) : Min 1.25mm

Features:

·A thin structure can be achieved

·Possible to bend

·Free Trimming possible
